You do extremely good work. I know that a lot of times I give you papers that are extremely hard to fix and I know you put in a lot of work on them and if there is ever a time when it becomes too difficult. Please let me pay extra because that is what I think of your work. You actually deserve more for what you have done for me.

I could not have submitted my dissertation on time without Jim’s amazing work. He asks questions about what it is that you want (and need) in order to have your dissertation in tip-top shape for your deposit. I couldn’t edit this on my own because after I defended my dissertation I had a job offer, and due to the fact that it was full time position I needed to outsource my editing because with a long commute to and from work as well, I just did not have the time. He provided me with amazing proof-reading, perfect citations, and a great table of contents/figures. It was also edited within the exact guidelines of my institution (he asked to see the guidelines as part of the service as he was editing). On top of that he was working under a super tight schedule because of my deadline. I will definitely be back for anything else that I need published in the future because of the great service that I received. I should have thanked Jim in my acknowledgements.
